Erin McGahey
Erin McGahey is a civil litigation attorney who specializes in toxic tort litigation and has experience in asbestos litigation, products liability and employment litigation.
Ms. McGahey received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City in 1998 and was a member of the Criminal Law Clinic during her third year. She received her B.A. degree in Law & Society, with an emphasis in Criminal Justice, from University of California, Santa Barbara in 1993. Prior to working in civil litigation, Ms. McGahey worked four years for The Legal Aid Society, Criminal Defense Division, in Manhattan where she tried several felony and misdemeanor cases.
Ms. McGahey is admitted in California and New York. She is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and the American Bar Association. She also participates in several charitable organizations dedicated to raising money to treat and find a cure for breast cancer.
