Kelly Cowan
Kelly Cowan is a civil litigation attorney with experience in toxic tort, products liability, professional liability, as well as employment litigation.
Ms. Cowan received her J.D. from Santa Clara University, School of Law in 2005, where she was an editor for the Santa Clara Law Review. She authored Rethinking the War Powers Resolution: A Strengthened Check on Unfettered Presidential Decision Making Abroad, which is published in Volume 45, Issue 1 of the Santa Clara Law Review, 2004.
Ms. Cowan received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 2002.
Ms. Cowan is admitted to practice in all California state courts and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of California. She is also member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
