Rob Lawton
Rob Lawton is an Associate with Sinunu Bruni LLP and defends contractor, supplier, and manufacturer defendants in asbestos-related lawsuits. Mr. Lawton participates in all phases of discovery and has positioned numerous cases for dismissal through pre-trial motion practice.
He is an active member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada. He stays abreast of legal developments and trends through ADCNC’s continuing legal education courses, including “Taking and Defending Expert Depositions” and “Evolving Trends in Asbestos Litigation.”
Mr. Lawton received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2007, where he was an Associate Literary Editor for the USF Maritime Law Journal. He obtained a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis in 2002.
Mr. Lawton is admitted to practice in all California state courts and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
