Steven Spaulding

Steven S. Spaulding is a Partner at Sinunu Bruni LLP specializing in environmental and toxic tort, asbestos and silica litigation, mass tort and complex litigation. He has extensive experience in State and Federal coordinated matters, including the defense of medical devices. With a background in restaurant operations, Mr. Spaulding has represented restaurants in multiple aspects of liability defense, including slip and fall, food poisoning, foreign objects in food and fire claims. Mr. Spaulding has also practiced in the areas of general liability, personal injury, products liability, construction defects and commercial claims.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at Hoagland Longo Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP providing counsel to several national corporations including E. & J. Gallo Winery, PepsiCo., Kohler Co., Lockheed Martin Corporation and Airgas, Inc. 

He is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals, 9th District, and in the US District Courts for the Eastern, Central and Northern Districts of California.

He received his J.D. from San Francisco Law School and his B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Chico.
