Amy Kott and Chris Bruni Prevail on Motion to Knock Out Strict Liability and Punitive Damages

In a complicated “take home” exposure case Amy Kott and Chris Bruni were successful in knocking out fraud and strict liability causes of action as well as a claim for punitive damages alleged against their client, an international energy services company.

After a tentative order in favor of the Plaintiff, Amy and Chris constructed a compelling oral argument resulting in a reversal of the court’s earlier ruling.
